Ok, so I'm already behind. For those of you who know me, that's how I do things!! It's a family tradition I believe. Well, here's some pics to catch you up on how big (and adorable) Avery is now!! She is learning something new everyday, Joseph and I are blown away by how fast she learns and remembers. Whoever said children are like sponges was right on the money! I have a calendar that I got almost a year ago to write down the new and cute stuff she does everyday and, imagine this, I'm way behind on writing things down. So, I started last week and I am truly amazed by how much I have written down since then. She counted to ten last week while climbing the stairs at church!! I still can't believe it. Ok, sorry. I always said that I wouldn't be one of those people who went on and on about how great their kids are, I just can't help it. Well, here's the pics. They go back to the summer, so bear with me. I'll try to keep up from now on.
I know this isn't a very good pic, just wanted to show you the dress my mother-in-law made for Avery. (She made me a matching one!) That woman has talent.
Another dress by my mother-in-law, too cute! Avery is sitting on her lap, she can't get enough of her Mimi and Popa.
Avery loves to play outside on her slide. I have a feeling we are going to have to get a bigger one before too long!
She had been sick, and Daddy was at home with her. Avery loves to eat ice, so Daddy gave her some to get some fluids in. You can't see it, but she's holding a pink Solo cup.
Miss Hollywood at the beach!
Avery loves the water and is not afraid of anything! She would just take off running into the ocean, or go stand in a group of people and start talking to them. A toddler at the beach can be a very fun and interesting trip!
I was outside watering my plants one evening and I turned around to find my child in the neighbors yard. She was already running through the sprinklers so we just stripped her clothes off and let her go! She had a blast.

Avery loves helping me water the flowers.
So cute. Can't wait till she gets to play with her cousins again! They are gonna have so much fun together when you and Joseph move to Ft. Worth! :)
ReplyDeleteOr better yet, move to Abilene...it's only a matter of time before the other kids come back :D!! Love the pics of the little beach bunny. Jim and I watched our babies fall asleep in their high chairs many times! Were we that boring??? I mean, really.
ReplyDeleteIt will be so much fun the next time we can all meet at the beach with all the little monkeys jumpin on the beds.
